"Koda"
Koda was the second Sheltie in my house. Again, I was not looking to show dogs in anything other than performance so I decided that I wanted the biggest boy in the litter. He would get along well with Cain since Cain was a big boy himself (they both stand at about 18.5" at the withers). Koda is a Certified Therapy Dog with Therapy Dogs International. He also enjoys agility A LOT. These two dogs have brought so much joy to me in the few years I have had them and I am so excited to spend many more years to come watching their antics and enjoying their company.
Southcrest's Raising Cain
"Cain"
Cain was the first Sheltie I owned. He was given to me as a gift when I had been out of work for a year after injuring my spinal cord. I had two major back surgeries and because I had this loving, caring, companion dog that would not leave my side who needed me to feed him and walk him I found the strength to get out of bed every day forcing myself to go to physical therapy so I could get better and take care of him. Without his love and loyalty I am not so sure how I would have made it through those depressing days. I am indebted to him and he is the one that made my love for Shelties grow into what has now become Dreamline Shelties.
